About The Course

The course has been designed to introduce you to the key elements of a project and in a way that is easy to digest.

You will learn about the key roles and stages of a project.

Each of the 12 lessons consists of just 3 topics.

Each topic should only take a couple of minutes to complete.

You can pause at any point and restart at any point.

There is an optional test at the end of the course. On completion of the test you can print your own course completion certificate.

We have included some useful check lists to help you with your own projects.

Our Audience

  • Accidental project managers, those tasked with managing a project but who have had no formal training.

  • Anyone involved in a project should know how a project should be managed so they can have a better understanding of how their role fits in with the whole project.

  • Undergraduates / graduate entrants - They may have had little or no formal project management training at college.
